Physicians Assistant-Certified

Helene Newman is a lifelong resident of Tidewater.  In 2002 Helene graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.  She was awarded a Master of Physician Assistant from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2006.

Prior to entering private practice, Helene worked as a Patient Advocate in the Emergency Department at Virginia Beach General Hospital.  She also has more than 200 hours of volunteer service as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Rescue Squad.

Helene is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
